Alex Sinunu is the Founder of Rendr Inc. Rendr believes that every real estate owner should know the highest and best use for their valuable asset. You can get up to the minute data on the value of every public company, yet your real estate sits in an opaque market. Most of that cost data lies with general contractors and real estate brokers. Alex has spent the last 15 years working at both general contracting firms and at real estate brokerage firms. He has found a simple methodology for real estate owners to quickly uncover vital cost data and make great decisions. Alex is currently helping his clients entitle over 600 residential units and 500,000 SF of commercial office space in San Jose. At Cushman and Wakefield and CBRE he served as owner's rep for major tech clients such as Google, Symantec, Micron, Opportun, and others, completing over $500M in renovations throughout the Bay Area. As a general contractor for both Build Group and Pankow, Alex led commercial, retail and residential projects for clients such as Nespresso, Burberry, the San Francisco 49ers, and numerous developers. Alex is active in ULI serving as co-chair of the membership committee and recently on the Host Committee for the ULI 2020 Fall Meeting.

Tamanna Patel is the Operations Lead of Rendr Inc. Tamanna was formerly a Director of Operations at Irvine Company for their Apartment Development division. She was responsible for development and implementation of tools, processes and efficiencies for all facets of development including acquisitions, project management, construction management, contracting and closeout. She has 5 years of experience working on strategic presentations, managing and developing internal standards and a deep understanding of real estate processes.

Tamanna holds a Business Degree from the University of California, Riverside with a specialization in Accounting and Human Resources and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Southern California with a focus in Strategy and Management Consulting.
